NO MONEY
CHANGES
HANDS.
We send you baits. You log everything. That's the entire deal. No charge to join. No payment for your time. Just real data from real water.
APPLY TO THE FIELD CREWPaid opinions aren't data.
If we charge you to test, you're a customer. If we pay you to test, you're an employee. Neither one gives us what we actually need — which is unfiltered, factual field data from anglers who fish hard and log honestly.
The moment money changes hands, the data changes. We don't want that. So we removed it from the equation entirely.
No charge to join
Zero cost to become a tester. Ever.
No payment for opinions
We don't pay for feedback. We never will. That's not what this is.
Just data
Factual field logs. Honest notes. Nothing else required.
Simple. Transparent. No fine print.
Baits to test.
Colorways, new profiles, prototype formulas — whatever we're working on. You get them before anyone else.
Everything.
Every session. Waterbody, conditions, catch count, bait performance. Honest notes. No spin. We need the bad data as much as the good.
Real data.
Field reports that actually mean something. Not reviews. Not testimonials. Raw field data that shapes what gets built next.
This is a working role.
The Lab can tell us what a bait does on the bench. The Field Crew tells us what it does in the water. Being on the crew isn't passive. We're investing in you and if you're accepted, the expectation is simple:
- Log every session with the baits we send — no exceptions.
- Report honestly. If a bait doesn't work, say so. That's the whole point.
- Submit through the field log system — not DMs. Social posts encouraged if warranted.
- Keep prototype details (color & profile) strictly confidential until we release them publicly.
- Stay active. Inactive testers get rotated out to make room for anglers who are fishing.
Field Crew vs. Founding Field Crew
The Founding Field Crew (FFC) is a limited gear bundle for supporters who want to back the brand early — it has a cost. The Field Crew tester program is completely separate and has no cost. Two different things. Don't confuse them.
Limited gear bundle. $159.99. Supports the brand. Not a tester role.
